This apartment is in Hall Street, also known as Bondi’s hip strip, and is walking distance to all the action. Enjoy the surf at the world famous Bondi Beach, have a swim and sauna at the Icebergs ocean pool or embark on a scenic coastal walk all the way down to Clovelly. There are also a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops close by.
The apartment has been recently redecorated and represents beachside chic at its best. It features a new kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs from coffee plungers to cookware. It also features a breakfast bar and dining area.
There is a spacious lounge room with contemporary furniture and a smart TV complete with cable TV. It also has free WiFi. The apartment also has a separate sun room with a daybed and blockout blinds that can easily be converted into a temporary bedroom.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. They both have built-in wardrobes. The daybed also has two large pull-out drawers. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. It’s also equipped with an internal washing machine and dryer. We can also provide a Portacot, high chair and baby bath if required.
The apartment opens onto a big backyard, a rare asset in Bondi, an ideal spot for enjoying some vino outdoors or for allowing the kids to let of steam. We have a Portacot available for loan for $20 per stay as well as a high chair and baby bath.
The neighborhood also has an amazing variety of amenities. There are supermarkets, gourmet delis, health foods, green grocers and liquor stores in easy walking distance as well as hairdressers, beauty and massage parlors and many other services.
The apartment is very convenient to the city. By car it is only 7.2km and a 14 minute drive as long as there is no traffic. It is very convenient for public transport. You can catch a bus right on the corner that will take you to the city center in 20 minutes. The bus will also take you to Bondi Junction where you can get a train to almost anywhere.
If timing permits either myself or the apartment manager Miri will meet you. Otherwise, we have 24 hour keyless entry. We will also be on hand to help you with anything you need or questions you have from where to get caffeinated, to get surfing lessons or anything else you want to get the inside scoop on.
We may have a car spot available which we let out for $20 a day. You need to let us know as far in advance as you can as it books out quickly. We can also look into getting you resident parking so you can park all day in the area if you are staying for longer than 10 days. The charge for this is $80.
We are also dog friendly providing your canine is house-trained and has a good disposition.
