Bondi Beach is the heart of Sydney's eastern suburbs, which feature stunning seaside scenery and endless activities. Bondi Junction train station is 6 minutes by bus and connects to Central Station ( 10 min), Darling Harbor, Rocks, Opera House and ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and Northern Beaches. The airport is 25 minutes away. Bus transportation is nearby ( running 24 hours a day ) and street parking is available.
There are two Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes walk with the spectacular Sydney Harbour and its secluded harbour beaches close by. There are spectacular cliff top walks available from the beach north to the historic harbour fishing village of Watson Bay.
Please note: this apartment is located on the 3rd floor with stair access only. No lift (elevator).
There is metered street parking only directly out side of the apartment.
A temporary parking permit can be obtained for $43/month from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make, model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
Please note that there is a 7 night minimum stay when booking over the new year.
