Its convenient location between Bondi’s golden sands and the popular transport and shopping hub of Bondi Junction makes it a fantastic home to base yourself while exploring or working in Sydney.
Upon entering the home, a sun-lit living and kitchen area take centre stage, decorated with luxe soft furnishings and leading out onto a spacious covered balcony. A two-seater dining table is nestled behind the couch for the cooler weather, but for those many glorious balmy Australian days and nights, a spacious outdoor dining area is located on the balcony, the perfect spot for enjoying a meal in the summer air.
The bedroom can be accessed from the main living area, but also has its own access onto the balcony. With two walls of windows, the bedroom is bathed in northerly sunlight all year round, making the most of the glorious light in summer, and warming up the space in the colder months.
