Bright and airy top-floor apartment located a short stroll to eateries, shops and the beautiful Bondi Beach and situated right next to a tropical nature reserve.
The newly renovated apartment is located in a 1920s Art Deco building. The place is filled with natural sunlight all day and is styled in a minimalist design with lots of plants. Tropical Thomas Hogan Reserve is directly behind the building and is the perfect natural hideaway on those hot afternoons.
An open plan kitchen and living room is the centrepiece of the apartment. Light floods in through several large windows, perfect for the indoor plants. The kitchen is great for a home cooked meal, is equipped with everything you might need and includes basic essentials such as olive oil, a large spice drawer and coffee and tea.
The living room leads to the sunny balcony that comes with a Weber barbeque as well as a table and chair setting to enjoy a refreshing drink in the afternoon. There is a small herb garden there that you are free to use. Watch the birds fly in and out of the nature reserve in the daytime and the fruit bats at sunset.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobe space and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and Danish designed sofa bed that folds out to a king size bed. Both beds come with organic cotton linen.
There is a TV in the second bedroom and an X-box One with Netflix. There is also a projector in the living room and a large white wall that is perfect for the home cinema experience.
The bathroom has a large bath and retro tiling.
The laundry is at the back of the building with a private machine for your use. There is also 7’6 foam longboard and a bodyboard there if you want to try your hand at surfing.
If you're planning for a day on the beach, we have beach towels available for you.
