A secret little old fishing shack, on the shores of Pittwater, Clareville! The Shack has 3 bedrooms, modern bathroom & kitchen, one cosy lounge room and big deck with incredible views of the bay.
3 km from Avalon village!
A Peace of Paradise is located in a secret cove of Pittwater just south of Clareville beach. We have a private beach across the bay with 5 paddle boards to play around with. Feels like your away from it all but still quite close to the quirky Avalon shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 3 small bedrooms, two of them have double beds and the other has a bunk bed for 2 people or kids. If needed we set up a tipi on the deck with a double bed inside. There will be A Peace of Paradise Manuel to tell you what the locals favourite things to see, do and eat in the area are!
We also have a BBQ if you fell like cooking up your own storm!
Guests will have access directly to the cove for swimming and frolicking. We also have a Barge/Pontoon moored out the front which you can swim out too. A bottle of wine and some cheese makes the ultimate afternoon whilst watching the sunset.
Guests are welcome to use the 5 paddle boards, fishing rods, crab traps and yabbie pumps. Relax in the outdoor lounge or in a hammock under the shade of the old Spotted Gum trees by the water. Outdoor dining table. Gourmet chefs kitchen, thermomix and high quality cooking utensils.
Interaction with Guests
Peace of Paradise is yours alone to enjoy for however long you decide to stay! All information about the facilities and activities will be in a book supplied in the house. We live in the local area and are just a phone call away.
If your interested in;
- A slow wine cruise around Pittwater, on the Barge
- A fishing charter ( hopefully to get a big King Fish )
- A surf lesson at Palm Beach
Please let us know!
Relax and unwind on Refuge Cove's beautiful sandy beach or enjoy swimming right out the front on a secluded section of Pittwater, fishing off the barge, paddle boarding or boating in the crystal clear protected waters of Pittwater.
You will probably want to have a car if you want to go out to the restaurants or supermarket but there is a bus stop close by which takes you into avalon village.
Other Things to Note
Getting here is part of the experience. We don't have a driveway or garage only a big set of stairs which makes you feel secluded and in a secret hideaway. Once you are here, close the gates, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the view, the peace and the quiet. Plenty of street parking.
