All you need to do is hop down the stairs and you will find sun, sea and sand galore Clontarf Beach is famous for its family friendly environment with still waters, plenty of space, beach side BBQs and children's playground. This house has the added benefit of being located on the Spit to Manly walk, so there is no excuse to not go for a morning walk If it is brunch/lunch or dinner you fancy then there is ample choice at Spit Bridge, including the first class Ormeggios and family favourite 'Plonk'. Heading into Manly couldn't be easier as it is under a 10 minute drive away. Access to Mosman and the Lower North Shore is easy or the Northern Beaches for a daytrip.
