Plenty of racks with hangers, generous drawers, shelves where all your belongings including suitcases can be neatly stored.
In case of a longer stay full laundry facilities have been provided within the kitchen with large capacity washer, dryer, outdoor drying rack and iron/board.

There is a full size fridge freezer. Toaster, cordless jug and sandwich maker. Set kitchen knives and kitchen implements, storage containers, 6 piece cutlery set, crockery and plenty of utility and wine/beer glasses. There's a full saucepan set. Microwave, fully exhausted Bosch electric oven and four gas burners. Large capacity dishwasher. There are plenty of preparation surfaces. Lots of serving bowls/plates and even an assortment of vases - nothing quite like fresh flowers in your holiday home. Basic staples of variety teas, coffee, sugar, cereal, S&P grinders, honey, milk and butter supplied. Tea towels, kitchen towels.
The ultra modern bathroom is fully exhausted, features a rain shower head and hand shower with plenty of towels on heated rail. There is a wall mounted cooling/heating fan unit. Hair dryer provided.
We built the apartment with view to our living in it eventually so it has been developed with facilities to make your stay a special and a memorable holiday.
N.B. There is a strict no smoking policy on premises indoor and out. If you are a smoker, please do not place request, smoking in street below carries into our property and that of neighbours and is not welcome, thankyou.

Owners live separately privately on property so any assistance required during your stay will be fulfilled ASAP with a friendly smile.

Beautiful coastal walk from Coogee, south to Maroubra - excellent surfing or north to Gordon's Bay and Clovelly diving and snorkelling, Bronte, Tamarama, and the famous Bondi beach. There is a further walk along the cliff tops from Bondi to Watsons Bay - breathtaking scenery. Walk one way, bus back
Centennial Park walk or short drive away. Lovely picnics, bird/wildlife watching, hire bikes and ride the tracks - even horse riding.

Price and Availability
Price is for 2 adults. Please contact owner for confirmation on price and availability. Minimum 7 night stay during peak period, however shorter stays of 5 days will be considered in summer or off peak periods subject to availability.
A cleaning charge of $120 will be charged per stay in addition to the nightly rate. If you are renting for an extended period, fresh sheets and towels are supplied on a weekly basis. Garbage and recycling bins provided and emptied regularly. Property must be left in good condition or additional charges will apply. For example if sheets or furniture is stained, unreasonable breakages or damage or extra cleaning is required.
On confirmation of booking, $500 security to be paid which reverts to bond for the duration of the stay. The accommodation cost including cleaning fee is to be paid one month prior to arrival. The bond will be returned within 48 hours of checkout subject to satisfactory inspection of property.
