Containing an incredibly comfortable Tempur memory foam matteress queen bed in the master, two singles in the second bedroom and a comfy deep couch for an extra guest. This bohemian Luxe, plus global finds provides a tranquil and luxurious feel while remaining in line with the Art Deco nature of the building and its period features. All linen is organic eco chemical free cotton or silk. The space also contains a study off the master bedroom with a writing desk and somewhere to work without distraction. The television has free to air, internet and android TV and Netflix. There is also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
The kitchen is fully equiped and ample for making family meals including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas cooktop. Pop out to the courtyard to pick your herbs for your evening meal or snack. The leafy, tropical courtyard is an ideal place to relax after a day sightseeing or on the beach. Perfect for an alfresco beverage under the stars with lights illuminating the leafy palms. Despite being surprisingly close to the hustle and bustle of Coogee's hub of cafes, restaurants and bars, the apartment and courtyard are completely peaceful, quiet and private. Laundry facilities include washer/dryer, drying racks and a clothesline.
Access from front plus level access from the back makes this a great option for those with mobility concerns. Street parking is available overnight and during the day is timed. Parking is only an issue on beautiful days when everyone flocks to the beach.
All bus routes to and from Coogee are within walking distance as well as a grocery store, cafes, resturants and bars.
Guest access and interaction. I will meet you on arrival with the keys or if I'm caught up you may get a chance to meet my lovey sister.

Please dont hestiate to contact me if you cant figure out how to work the TV or anything during your stay or if something isnt working. I'd far prefer to have it sorted straight so your stay is uneffected by such things. It may be as simple as showing you how the washing machine works or some such.
The Neighborhood. Coogee is heaven on a stick Perfect for sunbathers, swimmers, surfers and children alike. A hub for eateries and nightlife.
Coogee Beach is in a bay so it does get some waves but is protected from the wind. A childrens adventure playground is across the road to keep kids entertaind plus grassy picnic areas and bbqs over looking the ocean. Occasionally you might see a pod of dolphins or, if you are really lucky, a whale while they are passing by.
Historic Wylies Baths is only moments away. This large ocean pool is perfect for lap swimmers and paddlers alike and has the most incredible views back around the coastline. Coffee and snacks are also availble and hot showers for after your swim. They charge a nominal fee of between $2.40- $5.00 to get in. The ladies pool is even closer and is for women and children only. It is a much smaller ocean pool and require a coin donation that you throw in a bucket upon entry to maintain it. There are showeres and toilet facilities aswell.
Coogee is a hub of cafes, restaurant and take away options. All cuisine types are covered in a small radius. Coogee also hosts the newly refurbished Merivale Coogee Pavilion which pretty much caters for everyone. There is a large games area to keep the kids amused. An observation deck to sip cocktails on overlooking the beach. Great food and beverages as well as coffee and breakfast all at reasonable prices - I sound like an ad..... but it's pretty good.......
The Coogee Bay Hotel is also nearby.
