The Property Management Company is very responsive and will deal with any issues immediately- they were even considerate to provide some essentials bread, butter, milk as we arrived late at night Property itself was as advertised however if you are staying with young children under 4 years old then the following might be useful. Location: Central location opposite beach with shops, cafes just downstairs . You can be on the beach or the park in 2 mins so its super convenient. Apartment: No lifts so its stairs onto the 1st floor. Kitchen is brand new and the whole apartment is very clean white theme throughout considering the building itself is a little dated. Wooden floors all the way round. 3 bedrooms which are quite basic but comfortable . It does say not to walk too loudly in the apartment we had kids running around but as below are shops which close before 5pm we didn't have any issues. Washing machine upstairs in a room on the roof but if you run into issues there is a Laundromat downstairs which can wash/dry for you. Noise Level: Its just off the main road into Coogee and at the weekends it can get a little noisy late night we were here over Christmas so there was some noise but the kids were heavy sleepers so not a problem Parking: Available but you need to park at the Crowne Plaza hotel which is directly opposite - again not difficult and you can stop briefly below the apartment. "
Ken M said - "We loved our stay in this home. Simple walking distance to everything Coogee Beach related. Super clean in a beach house style with all modern appliances. Secure entry and the parking in the secure hotel opposite was a bonus. A minor drawback to the proximity to the beach was the street noise. The windows are original equipment and so provide no noise insulation."
Nick L said - "The 5 of us stayed here and we couldn't have asked for anything better. On arrival the lounge is very spacious, the kitchen has plenty of space with everything you need. A large large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave,large TV with Movie channels and all very clean. Two bathrooms one en-suite, both with walk in showers and plenty of bedding and towels. The eating area was great and all very clean and bright. The 3 bedrooms were all lovely and very comfy. The 3rd bedroom has a door to the rooftop and washing machine. Your clothes are blown dry in minutes up there. AMAZING View from the apartment and roof. Every morning we would pull the blinds up and watch the BEAUTIFUL sunset and waves coming in. I will miss that You are in walking distance of everything. Restaurants, beach, swimming pools and the bus stop is opposite. The Coogee to Bondi walk is just end of the beach. Steve J said - "The apartment is just on the edge of Coogee away from the noise and just a short stroll to be in the middle of it. The accommodation is very clean and well presented and has all the amenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, 2 large bedrooms and immaculate bathrooms. Would recommend this very highly to anyone wishing to visit the area."
