Description
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our beach home. Sails on Quail is situated perfectly between Coogee and Clovelly with a 5-10 min walk to Gordons Bay, Coogee Beach or Clovelly. On a good day you can hear the ocean and smell the sea spray. With old style ship-like grace and charm we hope you will be very comfortable.
There are 3 bedrooms - a king bed, a twin room, and a single bed with a trundle. One bathroom with shower and bath. The sunroom has been made into a small kids playroom.
There is reverse cycle split system airconditioning in every room.
The front garden has a spring-free trampoline for the kids. It is not suitable for adults or older teenagers.
The tropical backyard has outside seating and a barbeque.
Please note this is not suitable for loud gatherings or parties. We ask that guests cease any noise in the backyard at 10.30pm to keep the environment peaceful for our neighbours.
