It is a 101 m2 apartment (including balcony) which was completely refurbished in November 2009. It offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and a HD LCD widescreen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The main bathroom has a washing machine and dryer cupboard.
The large living and dining room offers stunning views of Darling Harbour and the city skyline. There is a large LED widescreen TV, DVD/Blueray player, stereo and internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering like refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
As the building is situated right at Darling Harbour, Sydney's most exciting visitor precinct, all of the attractions, shops and restaurants in Darling Harbour are within five minutes walking distance.
Spending New Year's Eve in the apartment offers spectacular views of the fireworks on the harbour, city and Darling Harbour. Different rates apply during the Christmas and New Year's Eve period and a minimum stay of 10 nights is required.
Facilities include a 25 metre heated swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre and Star City Casino. The monorail and light rail is just at the door. The ferry is also only a few minutes away.
There is security car parking in the basement. Car parking is included in the price.
