Enjoy the fantastic Sydney skyline and water views from our privately owned apartment in the "One Darling Harbour" Building.

It is a 101 m2 apartment (including balcony) which was completely refurbished in November 2009. It offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and a HD LCD widescreen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The main bathroom has a washing machine and dryer cupboard.

The large living and dining room offers stunning views of Darling Harbour and the city skyline. There is a large LED widescreen TV, DVD/Blueray player, stereo and internet connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering like refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.

As the building is situated right at Darling Harbour, Sydney's most exciting visitor precinct, all of the attractions, shops and restaurants in Darling Harbour are within five minutes walking distance.

Spending New Year's Eve in the apartment offers spectacular views of the fireworks on the harbour, city and Darling Harbour. Different rates apply during the Christmas and New Year's Eve period and a minimum stay of 10 nights is required.

Facilities include a 25 metre heated swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre and Star City Casino. The monorail and light rail is just at the door. The ferry is also only a few minutes away.

There is security car parking in the basement. Car parking is included in the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Property We stayed for a week at this wonderful property, and it was perfect in every way. The location was absolutely ideal for getting anywhere around town, the views from the balcony spectacular, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Check out the coffee place across the street for great breakfasts, and if you are lucky enough to be there for the Saturday night fireworks on Darling Harbour, watch them from your balcony rather than go to the rooftop. You will have a better view right where you are. Thank you to the Horners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property We stayed at the Sydney Skyline Views for five days, it was the most relaxing break we have had for a while, we like to walk and could walk to most places, the rocks, harbour bridge, ferry, shops etc. Public transport is readily available if you would rather not walk. The apartment was extremely clean and everything was provided, Sabine made the booking process easy and was very friendly and extremely helpful. Watching the fireworks sitting on the balcony drinking bubbles was a highlight :) Lots of choices of restaurants in Darling harbour to choose from. We will definitely go back again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic location, views and apartment Everything from the location to the cleanliness of the apartment meant that our stay was thoroughly enjoyed. We could walk to The Rocks and Opera House (about 35mins through the City), catch the ferry, watch the fireworks and eat in the restaurants on the harbour. This was a great place to relax and enjoy the sights of Sydney.
