If you want somewhere quiet and comfortable, close to all you could need, this is the place for you. A very ambient space with no aircraft or traffic noise, that you will not want to leave...but if you do you can walk to all the sites and sounds of Sydney. This is a shoe free house : To keep it pleasant for all. This terrace is unique because of the layout. On the first upper level there is an open plan lounge, then dining leading to a large deck. Perfect for relaxing. The deck has a gas BBQ with a northerly aspect, travertine floor and comfy lounge. The lane is amazingly quiet for being so close to the city. No traffic or aircraft noise: A leafy, pretty side access also gives a sense of security, plus the jasmine covered wall gives a great scent. From the street this 150 year old restored heritage terrace hides an abundance of treats within its rustic and original facade. Downstairs on ground level is a full new kitchen, bathroom with spa bath and shower, second bedroom and hallway where entry is located. The king single bunk bed has good quality mattresses x 2 new this month December 2016, suitable for adult or child. The third bed is a free standing single. The second floor is the lounge and dining leading to the large deck. In the lounge area a cozy rug covers antique floorboards over a foot wide, adding to the character and charm of the home. Newly restored sandstone walls give a sense of the old meeting new, with a warmth and protection second to none. On level three the attic, a KING SIZE bed most comfy you will ever lay on. Hypoallergenic - anti-fungal, anti-dust-mite, anti-allergy, Latex Which is also perfect for supporting backs. You will sleep like a baby guaranteed. There is also a new en-suite with shower toilet and basin, so no need to go down two flights of stairs to the other bathroom. The total house floor measure is 128 square meters. Darlinghurst is an eclectic mix of people and venues. Being only minutes to the best of what Sydney has to offer, it is fast becoming sought after real estate. That being said, I still believe there is a grunginess and urban feel that resonates throughout the streets. This cosmopolitan suburb has busy cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife outlets along Oxford, Crown, Victoria and Stanley Streets. The Darlinghurst Village is a heritage precinct where the majority of buildings are early 20th century terrace houses. It comprises 20 blocks bounded by Barcom Avenue, Forbes and Oxford Streets and Taylor Square. Darlinghurst boasts Oxford Street, Sydney’s most famous strip shopping street, where you will find everything from supermarkets to gift shops, through to alternative clothing boutiques, late night bookshops and music stores. Darlinghurst is home to range exceptional designer and home wares outlets, as well as a great selection of various ethnic cafes and restaurants, from basic to up market. Oxford Street' exclusive cinemas, the Chauvel and the Palace Academy Twins and Palace Verona, specialise in foreign and art house films and International Film Festivals.
389 route on next corner, takes you to Bondi Beach, City and Circular Quay Ferry to everywhere. I have a bike in the back courtyard with a baby seat available, which is a great way to see the city and parklands. If your children are small, there are a few scooters also at your disposal. On nearly every street corner in Darlinghurst / City you can find a 'go get' or 'car share' vehicle. Even a big van if you want to pack up the bikes and surfboard and go on a day trip. I use go-get when my car is in the shop and they are great. There are allocated go-get spots everywhere.

Capped limit one hundred GB p/month or three GB p/day, suitable for normal browsing not excessive usage. Illegal downloads will be reported and internet ceased. Also if you wish to check in early you will need to book the day before as it has proven too difficult with my work schedule to accomodate bag drops etc. I would love to accomodate these needs but need to keep expectations realistic. If the cleaners are there they can not be responsible for others belongings as they have enough to manage. Check-ins after 9pm, will incur a fifty dollar surcharge.
