Guest Access:

You will be met at the building a provided with keys, shown in and given a short guide of the home. Any questions will be helpfully answered. If we are not available, there is easy 24 hour self check-in.

We like to leave the other residents to enjoy their own space.

The Neighbourhood:

Fancy a trip to the city? Take the L90 bus for a day trip or check out the cosmopolitan nightlife.

Several lovely bush and lagoon walks, exotic birdlife and a golf course at the end of the beach.

There's mini golf, kayaking and long bush walks nearby and of course, surfing at your doorstep. Lessons are available also if you're keen to learn.

Snorkel at Shelly Beach near Manly in the Nature Reserve and you will likely see large grouper and more.

Shop at Warringah Mall for clothing, specialty shops, food court, surf and sport outlets and more.

Getting Around:

Buses are regular to Manly around the corner, the city, and Palm Beach up the road.

Parking is available in the surrounding streets with no parking restrictions or fees, or paid parking in the council carpark opposite.

Travel from/to the airport via 1 bus and 1 train directly to the airport, or via a mini bus that will pick you up at the door and drop you at the airport. Easy.

Due to the availability of busses and Manly ferry, there's no need to have a car here. Coles & WW supermarkets and a large variety of shops are all within easy walking distance.

Please respect the following:

> Limit noise after 10pm & no parties

> Treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect

> Be considerate of the other residents

> Smoking external to the building boundaries only

> Pets not permitted due to building regulations

> Park in the complimentary car space located under the building

> Only people nominated at time of booking to stay overnight

> Please drop the rubbish in the bins provided at ground level regularly

> Security key Fob replacement if lost is $110 this is at cost from the supplier

> Linen and towel replacement or additional cleaning cost due to dirt, marks and stains. This has been on ongoing issue with replacement required after 1 use. Please treat them normally and there is no problem, this includes not using them for makeup removal, fake body tan removal, taking to the beach except for beach towels provided, wiping muddy feet on them etc, etc.
