Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with easy access to the restaurant filled Macleay Street. Our apartment has everything a single or couple would need for a short or long stay in Sydney. A flat walk to Kings Cross railway station gives you access to all of Sydney.
We have recently updated the apartment for us to call home and live in for the long term. We've opted for clever design options to maximise this small space to make our apartment efficient and comfortable for both us and guests. We choose to short term rent our apartment to subsidise our own desires to explore the world, and let you enjoy our beautiful neighbourhood.
Our kitchen is complete with so much more than you'd expect in a small space:

And, as this is our home, the kitchen is well equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery and more.
Our living area is designed to make the most of the available district views and for comfortable casual dining on the sofa, or sitting at the breakfast bar. You can easily link your music or videos to the entertainment system for your stay. It is light and bright with an easterly aspect.
Our bedroom features a queen size bed which we dress with 100 cotton sheeting for your comfort. We make available one cupboard which includes a hanging area and shelving for your use during your stay.
The bathroom features a shower recess with both a rain shower from the ceiling and a wall mounted hand shower. There is generous shelving available both in the shower recess and in mirrored cabinets.
Keep away the chills in winter with our underfloor heating in the bathroom and living areas.
Additionally there are clothes lines and communal coin operated dryers available on level 1 of the building.
The place is for our guests use exclusively. The apartment block has a lift for your use. The location is ideal with easy access to Billyard Avenue and Macleay Street
We are particular about cleaning products, so provide what you need during your stay.
Interaction with guests
We will always be contactable. Emails will always be responded as promptly as possible. If we are in Australia, we will also be contactable by phone.
Our apartment is close to Elizabeth Bay House with easy access to the local parks. We equally have convenient access to Macleay Street with Woolworths supermarket within a 5 minute walk, gallons of great restaurants, cafes and bars.
Kings Cross train station is a 10 minute flat walk from our apartment. There are also buses to Central or the Rocks available within 3 minutes. However, due to the close proximity to town, why not walk. It is easy to walk to town via Woolloomooloo or Kings Cross.
