The home is in walking distance of the Beach and Sydney Harbour (about 7-15 mins). Manly and Fairlight are both quite hilly and my house is on one of those hills so a leisurely stroll in to Manly but the best way back to the house is through Ivanhoe Park. It is a level walk to Fairlight shops. Alternatively, a bus stop in Birkley Rd is located less than 50 metres for both the shuttle bus and public bus or 100 metres from the Sydney Rd bus stop for services to and from Manly and the city.
