This is a spacious room, 10m long, with two king single beds, two study areas, built-in wardrobes, bookshelves and own TV. It is the whole top floor of a three storey townhouse, with its own air conditioning. It is within Glebe Gardens, an award winning complex with its own 25m heated pool and gymnasium.
Internet with WiFi, all bedding, linen and towels are provided. The townhouse is cleaned weekly. The room is cleaned between stays. The room is suitable for holiday makers, project workers, guests relocating, or visitors to the nearby universities.
On the first floor of the townhouse is a laundry with washing machine, tub and drying facilities. Also on the first floor is a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is a dining/sitting room for guest use, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, and another bathroom. There is a rear courtyard with an eating area, and a front garden.
Location and Transport: The townhouse is 100/11 Wigram Lane, conveniently located 3km from the city and a 600m walk to Sydney University. It is minutes to the magnificent harbour foreshore walk and Harold Park restaurants and shops. On Glebe Point Road are shops, cafes, restaurants and the city tram. There are buses along Wigram Road and Glebe Point Road to UTS, Broadway, the CBD and Newtown.
Pricing and Other Information: The 'special' prices are low season/last minute rates for one person and may be obtained via Stayz Online. For stays for two people, please enquire directly for a discount. The following are low season rates for one person:
$350 for 3 weeknights Sunday-Thursday
$370 for 3 nights including Saturday
$470 for 5 nights including Saturday
$360/week after the first week.
To book, a 20 percent deposit is required and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due with a $200 security deposit. On receipt of full payment, access arrangements will be sent. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
