This is a private, double, north-facing room with its own ensuite, balcony, built-in wardrobe, queen bed, study area, bookshelves and own TV, suiting a couple or single person. It is in a three bedroom townhouse within Glebe Gardens, an award winning complex with its own 25m heated pool and gymnasium.
Also provided are: internet with WiFi, use of a landline, all bedding, linen and towels. The townhouse is cleaned weekly. The room is cleaned between stays.
On the first floor is a laundry with washing machine, tub, drying facilities and a fridge for guest use. Also on the first floor are a second bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor there is a dining/sitting room for guest use, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. There is a rear courtyard with eating area, and a front garden.
Location and Transport
The property is 100/11 Wigram Lane, conveniently located 3km from the city and a 600m walk to Sydney University. It is minutes to the magnificent harbour foreshore walk and Harold Park restaurants and shops. On Glebe Point Road are cafes, restaurants and the city tram. There are buses along Wigram Road and Glebe Point Road to UTS, Broadway, the CBD and Newtown.
The room is suitable for holiday makers, project workers, guests relocating, or visitors to the nearby universities.
Pricing and Other Information
The 'special' prices are low season/last minute rates for one person and may be obtained via Stayz Online. For stays of duration other than 2 or 7 nights, or for two people, please enquire directly for a discount. The following are low season rates for one person:
$380 for 3 weeknights Sunday-Thursday
$410 for 3 nights including Saturday
$530 for 5 nights including Saturday
$440/week after the first week.
To book, a 20 percent deposit is required and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due with a $200 security deposit. On receipt of full payment, access arrangements will be sent. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
