This two storey cedar cabin has the perfect layout for all occasions. It suits a couple on a romantic escape, artists or musicians seeking an inspirational retreat or families with kids & grandparents wanting a fun beach holiday.
The lower level enters to the dining area which is open plan to a good sized kitchen and is just perfect for the chef to chat to guests whilst cooking up a storm and sipping champagne or having a cuppa.
The property offers multiple living and entertaining areas with the lounge room doors opening straight to the back patio and bbq area. This is where you will most likely meet your wildlife friends, wallabies, possums and of course the kookaburras as well as an abundance of other birds that will greet you in the mornings and drop in around dusk.
There is also a central room to relax and watch a DVD or a movie on the VCR player. That's right the old fashioned VCR is still going There are some great classic movies to choose from as well as the usual favourites and kids movies.
The bedroom downstairs is at the front of the house, has it's own entrance and can be closed off to the main areas so is perfect for an afternoon nap or for the inlaws. It offers a queen size bed and has it's own ensuite with shower & toilet.
The main bathroom downstairs has a tropical feel with the banana trees surrounding the louvre windows. There is a large vanity, shower & toilet and even a bidet for the European visitors. The laundry is also in this room if you feel the need to do some washing while you are on your holiday
Up the winding staircase to the second level you will find two more bedrooms. There is a choice of the bedroom with two single beds and some fabulous vintage National Geographic magazines on the bookshelf that is an artwork in itself or the other loft style bedroom offers a double bed with a quirky ensuite with shower & toilet.
This house was built by a family of artists and has an eclectic charm and a good old fashioned feel. Just sit back, relax and enjoy.
