City sleek 3 bedroom apartment with a Gazebo

Sit right in the Middle of the CBD, this large apartment has all the amenities around it, shopping, train station, restaurants , cinema, tourist attractions, Town hall, QVB, etc. Especially China town and Darling harbor is just at my door step.

3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms all with air condition and a really large balcony, come relax in my gazebo Sorry, No car space. Good for big groups and families

I change and wash the bed linens, towels everytime guests check-out

The space

2 bedrooms are both with a queen bed, the other small bedroom has a single bed, then a premium air mattress can be put in the living area.

I can also provide hired accessories:

Baby high chair $20

for the duration of your stay

but please confirm with me at least 3 days before your trip.

Interaction with guests

I am happy to chat about what's around Sydney, really liked the area.

However. if guests prefer not to be disturbed, I can just disappear,

but you are welcome to call any time for any thing.

Other things to note

Please let me know if you need the sofa bed set up, or just leave it as a sofa.

Some people asked in hotels they provide a fitted sheet and a flat sheet, why I only provide one sheet. the reason being is that the guests in hotels are meant to sleep between the fitted and flat, so they don't need to wash the quilt cover that often. but I wash the quilt covers every time. that's why I don't need 2 sheets. hope that explains the reason. By default, we only one sheet for each bed, however, there are extra sets of sheets available in the wardrobe.
