Australia Towers 15.06 is a spacious 2 bedroomapartments with panoramic city and park views on the 15th floor of the Tower A.

Our apartments are sophisticated, elegant and generously proportioned and designed to suit a variety of people and demographics. Corporate guests or families with children of all ages will also appreciate the well-thought layouts with a high standard of furnishings including luxurious bedding, wonderful pillows and rich linen in all the bedrooms.

Australia Towers is fully self-contained, ideal for corporates or families. The apartments have a full kitchen complete with European stainless steel appliance including an Espresso machine Nespresso brand. Also comprising of two sparkling fully equipped bathrooms. Our fully furnished apartments include double glazed, tinted windows, reverse cycle air conditioning, laundry facilities and state of the art appliances.

Guests will enjoy an abundance of world-class sporting and recreation facilities on their doorstep, as well as being surrounded by Australia's largest urban Parkland. Sydney Olympic Park provides a unique balance of exciting venues and entertainment, shops and sophisticated restaurants. Guests will also enjoy all the benefits of effective public transport including ferry, bus and train services.

When it comes to meal times you'll need to decide whether to stay in and enjoy a romantic dinner cooked in your gourmet kitchen overlooking spectacular Sydney views or walk to one of the many restaurants in your street. Maybe you'll have dinner at home and then go to a concert, movie or sporting event or perhaps even indulge in an afternoon of shopping at nearby Rhodes or DFO.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kind owner I stayed here for nearly 10 days with my wife and two kids.The place is very clean and has all the amenities that you would expect in a normal house.I had problem with TV and tech support helped immediately.A little far from the city but the railway station is nearby .After booking my apartment I realized that flight back home to Dubai would be very late so I requested Mr.Alessandro to for a late check out and he was very kind and generous and agreed for a late checkout.I would recommend this place to someone with kids

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice flat, mediocre management Overview: This flat is a beautiful holiday apartment. It has many great amenities, but the lack of responsive management made what could have been an outstanding stay into a fairly tepid experience. The Good: The flat is nicely appointed with a view of the CBD, North Sydney, and Chatswood skylines. The flat is spacious and comfortable and surprisingly kid-friendly. Our toddler didn't find anything that he could break or get into at his height...which is not usually the case in holiday apartments. The flat also comes with a combination washer/dryer unit and many other nice appliances including a Nespresso machine (not an espresso machine...more like a Keurig) and a dishwasher. The overall look and feel of the apartment is very modern and the bedrooms and bathrooms match that higher-end fit and finish (the beds were quite comfortable) as you would expect of the Sydney Olympic Park area. It was also nice that the rental rate was all-inclusive of a fast, consistent internet connection as well as all attached taxes and cleaning fees. The Not-so-good: The directions from the management company were quite lacking and insufficient to get into the flat without making a call to them. (Not a problem really unless you are an international guest and don't have service or the inclination to make the expensive international call.) The actual address of the apartment building was never given to us (it's 11 Australia Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park). The keys are kept in a lockbox within the mailbox for the unit in the lobby of the apartment building. This was not explained in any information that we received. We thought that we had to meet someone to get the keys and find out where we were staying. I called the local point of contact and eventually found the keys to the apartment...in the unlocked mailbox...outside of the lockbox... The explanation for how to get into the carpark and find the assigned parking spot were poorly written and it took us about 15 minutes to find the assigned spot within the enclosed carpark. Also, the keys left in the lockbox were just the keys to the flat, they did not include the access fob for the carpark...so we had to tailgate someone else into the carpark prior to realizing that there was another set of keys. All of this was prior to even getting into the flat and made for a fairly stressful start to our holiday. Once inside the flat, there were a number of things that just didn't fit with the caliber of the location and price of the rental. The heating and air-conditioning which is advertised as a great amenity would not keep a consistent temperature and had to be adjusted by hand (by climbing onto a chair) to override the programming from the remote. There were handles missing from closet doors. There were multiple cabinets that the opening mechanisms did not work. The dishwasher was not properly attached to the counter and so it tips forward every time you open the door. The door on the refrigerator is such that you can hardly use it or the freezer due to its location. There were not enough pots and pans to eat in and cook a "romantic meal" in the gourmet kitchen. The combination washer/dryer with front-load door was left closed and did not air out (until we opened it to try to use it) and had a rancid odor. We ended up having to run multiple cycles with chlorine bleach and hot water to get rid of the smell. And the fan in the second bathroom (with the washer/dryer) did not work. When we called the management company, it took three days to actually get in touch with them (they never called back or reached out via email the first two days even though we left messages). Once we let them know the issues, we were informed that the person that we were calling was not the best person to talk with concerning the problems we encountered (even though they as listed as the local contact). We were told that someone would check the issues out...no one ever did. We ended up making do and going out to buy the items to fix what we could. Overall, these are not issues that we feel one should have to encounter or have go unserviced during a stay when paying $280/night in the off-season.
