The apartment is in an art deco block of only 10 apartments with waterfront access and private ocean pool with sun deck.

The East facing aspect makes it the perfect spot to sit and catch the sun as you enjoy breakfest on the terrace, watching all the harbour activity or just relax and read a book.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine.

Double doors open out onto the terrace giving you uninterrupted views of the harbour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best of Sydney We stayed with our young family for a week. The location is unbeatable (we even had the Royal Family exiting to and from Admiralty House on the doorstep!), the fit out is upmarket and very complete, the kitchen is excellent and they kindly leave you the basic cleaning items to make it easier to maintain. The beds are big and comfy with lovely white linen. The ferry is on your doorstep and the Anvil coffee shop on the ferry station is excellent and well reviewed. Like other reviews, avoid having a car as the parking is on the street and 2 hour restriction, that said we needed one and managed. Owners very helpful as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Location We stayed at Kirribilli Waterfront Apartment for five nights with our two sons aged 11 & 15. The location is superb with amazing views of the harbor and a quick ferry ride to Circular Quay. An added bonus is the amazing café located at the ferry terminal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property in an outstanding position The apartment is bright and the outlook is stunning. The decoration makes you feel home immediately. The kitchen and its equipment allow great cooking moments. The garden and BBQ area are front of the Sydney bay, outstanding spot for memorable Breakfasts, lunches and diners. We stayed for 12 nights and will definitely book for next year. Thank you Sarah for the organization.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Stunning!! This is the ultimate city retreat. Absolute harbour waterfront with stunning views, close to Kirribilli village & its great cafes. Easy ferry trip to the city. This place is a must!! It has everything you need for comfort & ease. Beautifully furnished & renovated throughout in a charming art deco apartment block. It has a garden area to BBQ& watch the sailing boats float by. There's an ocean pool to swim in. Sarah is very helpful & friendly. We stayed for 2 weeks & loved this place so much that we didn't want to leave. We would've stayed longer but they were booked out. I will definitely stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Stay at New Years 2014 We stayed at this rental for 8 nights over the week of New Year’s Eve. We are very glad we did since we only had to walk 4 blocks to watch the great fireworks from a nearby park. The apartment is a great size, with plenty of room for 6 people. The owners have done an incredible job with a remodeling of the apartment and have outfitted it with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is appointed with every amenity needed. We ended up cooking most of our meals at the apartment and enjoyed the view from the back yard of the harbor activity. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and completing arrangements for our stay. They also provided a great introductory book at the apartment that gave more information about their place and the local area for shopping and dining. It is terrific location for walks into the local village that is about ½ kilometer to everything you need for your stay. Recommendations would be not to have a car since parking is not easily available. You do not need a car since you can walk 50 meters to pick up the ferry to downtown Sydney to all types of public transportation you need as well as being very well placed to walk the Sydney Harbor Bridge into the city. We would recommend this apartment and hope we have the chance to stay there again.
