Our beautiful apartment is situated in a much sought-after suburb sitting just behind Manly on the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney, it also benefits from being on a quiet street with very little traffic.
Often referred to as the quiet sister of Manly, Manly Vale has it all, supermarkets and cafes, takeaways and sprawling nature reserves. All within a 5 minutes stroll from major bus routes that will take you into the centre of Sydney in 30 minutes, or a 20 minute stroll of the Manly Wharf where you can catch an 18 minute ferry ride into the Sydney CBD.
Our apartment sits within a 15 minute level stroll 7 minute drive of the world-famous Manly, where you will surrounded by coffee shops and bars galore, musicians and performers in the streets, and enough souvenir and boutique shops to suit all of your holiday needs. A turn down a side street will take you to the 1.5km long Manly beach, famous for it's golden sands and palm tree-lined promenade. Here you will be faced with a difficult choice, do you wish to sunbathe on the soft sands, swim in the warm ocean, surf the infamous Manly waves, take a dip in the sheltered rockpool, or snorkel in the world-renowned Cabbage Tree Aquatic Reserve. Or for the less adventurous types, there is always the option of sitting by the beach in one of the plethora of beachside cafe's and bars.
The modern top-floor apartment itself comprises of two bedrooms- both with full-length mirror wardrobes, two bathrooms one of which contains a bath, a enormous kitchen/dining room, a utility room with washer and dryer, and an expansive balcony containing a herb garden and enough seating for all plus a large Aloe Vera plant for that sunburn.
The master bedroom has it's own en-suite, and queen-size bed with plenty of space to hang and store clothes. The second bedroom contains a brand new large double bed with the same provision for clothes-storing. Linens are provided.
Both bathrooms have the benefit of extremely strong water pressured showers, and toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances- including a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster- and has enough bench space to prepare any meal. All utensils are provided, as well as a special guest cupboard with all the basic cooking materials such as oils and condiments.
The dining room has the luxury of containing it's own small library of books, dvd's and cd's, as well as large television and dvd player with surround sound. An extending dining table and 4-seat couch is also present, with a built-in an air conditioning unit for those warm Sydney evenings.
Parking is available also, with the use of 4 under-cover visitor parking bays and extensive road-side parking outside the apartment block.
Local amenities are abundant with a nature reserve 2 minutes walk away, two supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk, and the largest shopping mall in northern Sydney within a 5 minute drive. The Ku-Ring-Gai National park with it's pristine bush walks and secluded beaches is a 25 minute drive up the road and an 18-hole golf course exists just around the corner.
