A large, modern recently renovated home. This house is situated in one of the best locations in the Manly area. The quiet and level street means that there are always lots of young children playing safely.
You can take a leisurely 15 minute walk to the Manly ocean or harbour beaches or to the Manly Ferry. It is a 5 minute stroll to the Manly Olympic sized swim centre and is close to the village shops, parks, Manly golf course and other leisure activities. Our house is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Manly.
It is a fully equipped family home, with modern appliances and access to any sporting equipment on the premises. There is a boutique type village less than 5 minutes walk away in Fairlight. You also have access to buses to other parts of Sydney, including the free community 'hop skip and jump' bus to Manly beach, Manly pool, Stockland shopping centre and the Manly ferry.
The house is built over 3 levels. At ground level there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and dining/lounge room leading out onto a large north facing entertainment deck. The sunny deck has an outdoor table and BBQ overlooking a cool bushy garden. Downstairs there is a large rumpus room including a double sofa bed, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, with a walk-in robe and another north facing deck. Adding to the ambiance is the cathedral ceilings. On the upper floor there is also a modern bathroom and study.
Three of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, one with a single bed plus the double sofa bed downstairs. Whilst there are fans to keep you cool, the elevated location means that we are blessed with the afternoon sea breeze on those warm, sunny days in Summer. There are bathrooms on each level.
The local shopping centre Stocklands is less than a 5 minute drive, or 15 minute walk. It contains a large supermarket, boutique clothes shops, delicatessens, coffee shops, restaurants, green grocers, seafood outlet, gym and other business you would expect to find in a shopping mall. Close by, there is the Harris Farm fruit, vegetable and seafood market.

You will have access to the whole house and garden. Please note there is plenty of car parking. The house is located in one of the nearest streets away from Manly with unrestricted parking.
We are walking distance from Manly beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront. No problems with parking.
You have local cafes, shops etc on the doorstep but have access to all the opportunities and activities offered by Manly and the rest of Sydney.
Great coffee, butcher, swim centre, parks, golf course, Harris Farm, Seafood Market walking distance.
Travel like a local on the free 'Hop skip and jump' buses to and from the shops, ferry and beaches.
15 minutes walk to beach and ferries.
Buses to the City and other parts of Sydney.
No need for a car.
