About the owner
This property is one of many special holiday homes provided by Beachside Breaks. Our service includes personal greeting at check in, 24 hour contact and concierge service during your stay, a welcome pack for all guests, hotel grade linen and towelling and much more. Check in is between 2pm and 6pm, although special arrangements can be made outside these times. Please let us know what time you will be arriving if possible at the time of booking. Use of property
All Beachside Breaks properties are for private use only, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing at the time of booking. Your property is to be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition and the keys are to be left in the agreed position upon departure.. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good condition as it was upon arrival. There is a cleaning fee included in your total. All rubbish should be removed when departing the property, BBQ and oven left clean, all dishes washed and put away. Failure to leave the property in this condition may result in extra cleaning charges being taken from your security bond without prior notice. Use of any fireplaces is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement. Garbage disposal is the guest’s responsibility. Garbage procedures are outlined in the house manual. Guests are asked to recycle and minimize waste where possible. Excess garbage must not be left on the property or in any common/public areas. If excess garbage removal is required, a charge of $100 will be taken from your security bond without prior notice.
Pets are only welcome in pet friendly properties. Please enquire if you would like to bring your pet. There is no smoking at any property. Guests may smoke in public areas; in strata buildings this may not include balconies and common areas of the buildings. We reserve the right to withhold your bond if smoking has occurred on the property terminate your right to use the property if smoking is of a fire/safety concern. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking or subsequently agreed in writing or email. If guests accommodate more than the agreed number of occupants this may result in a partial or full loss of bond. The pool if applicable is used at your own risk. It is not to be used between the hours of 10pm and 8am or as per relevant bylaws or notices displayed, no glassware is permitted in the pool area. Strictly no parties are allowed:. Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise or offensive behavior especially between 10pm and 7am is prohibited. Any complaints either to the Owners Corporation, property manager, neighbors or the Police may result in termination of right to the property with no refund and loss of bond. If owners or authorities should be called out to property for noise or other disturbance by guests $300 will be taken from security deposit.
You accept responsibility for any damage, breakages or theft on/to the property, its fixtures, furniture or contents, equipment or fittings, common property caused by you, your guests or other people you invited to the property. If any accidental, intentional damage deemed as negligence occurs during your stay, all costs to repair the property to the state it was prior to the damage caused will be undertaken by us at your cost. Any further costs associated with a moving guests due to arrive at the property that cannot occupy the property due to the damage caused by you will be at your cost. We also reserve the right to file a malicious damage report to the authorities if deemed appropriate. Negligence is defined as failure to give care or attention when not doing so could cause harm or foreseeable damage. If a guest identifies any risk associated with the property they are to bring this to the attention of the Beachside Breaks immediately and the issue will resolved as quickly as possible. If you damage something in the property or contents, this is to be reported to us immediately and full payment is to be made for it. On inspection after departure, security bond will be held and used to the amount of the total damage.
