Professionally managed by Sydney Holiday Rentals, 906 Manly National is a comfortable two bedroom fully furnished apartment just metres from the beach. Capable of sleeping four adults as standard with one king size bed, two king single beds/one king size bed depending on configuration and a queen size sofa bed in the living room for an extra two people.
The apartment has been modernised to cater for everything a holiday visitor may need and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is a large portable a/c unit in the living room which adds extra cooling on hot days if the beautiful sea breeze isn't enough as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Please note furniture and furnishings may vary from time to time as upgrades and replacements are taken care of in the apartment to keep guests as comfortable as possible.
The building is situated in a prime position one street back from the beach with an unobstructed view of the entire length of Manly beach. A few minutes walk from the ferry with a direct link to Sydney and in the heart of the lively town of Manly with convenient shops and restaurants for every taste. FREE PARKING for up to 2 cars car park height limit 1.95m. A small outdoor swimming pool is available on the roof of the building along with communal BBQ facilities. There is also free, unlimited, fast WiFi in the apartment for your use.

The apartment is just a short walk from the ferry which takes you into the heart of Sydney city centre at Circular Quay where there is also a train station for wider access to the area.
Other things to note
The apartment is not suited to families with children under 5 but young, sensible children over that age should be fine. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony plase. The apartment can sleep 6 when using the comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room. Additional bedding and towels for the sofa bed incur a small extra cost for guests. Two parking spaces are available in the secure residents section of the building car park.
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area.
Bookings for Christmas or New Year's Eve require a minimum 7 night stay. If both are included in the stay we require a minimum 14 night stay.
