This well set up studio comes with a new king bed that can also be split into two singles along with a brand new double sofa bed please note a queen bed is shown in the photos pending the arrival of the new larger bed in the next few weeks. There is heating/cooling fully fitted air conditioning, free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to be well fed during your stay.
The studio is for your sole use and there is also a private garden area with seating outside for you to use.

McMahons Point is a harbourside suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. McMahons Point is located 3 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district.
McMahons Point sits on the peninsula flanked by Berrys Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east. The lower tip of the peninsula is known as Blues Point, which offers expansive views of Port Jackson Sydney Harbour.
Once predominantly working-class, it is now among Sydney's most exclusive localities. McMahons Point is primarily a medium-to-high-density residential area and is bordered by the surrounding suburbs of Waverton, North Sydney and Lavender Bay. Real estate north of Sydney Harbour in this collection of villages is set at a premium due to the area's low crime rate, cafes, restaurants, pubs, parks, accessibility to bus, train and ferry networks plus expansive views of the Sydney City CBD.
The North Sydney train station and shopping centre are an easy 10-15 minute walk and the local ferry wharf which takes you straight into the city at Circular Quay is within a few minutes walk of your front door.

Please note there are 8-10 easy stairs up to this apartment from street level.
All bedding and towels are provided for two guests sharing the main bed as standard. If you wish to use the sofa bed please book as 3 or 4 people.
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area.
Bookings for Christmas or New Year's Eve require a minimum 7 night stay. If both are included in the stay we require a minimum 14 night stay.
