The owners have created a relaxing beach house to gain the most of its position and to ensure absolute comfort.

North facing with open plan living and dining, it is drenched with sunlight and elevated to take advantage of the cooling summer breeze.

The three bedrooms with French bifold doors open to the front and back verandahs.

Bifold doors off the living area and the alfresco style kitchen open to a large shaded deck and overlooks a fully enclosed grassed yard. It has a BBQ and a table which comfortably seats eight - the perfect place to entertain or to relax after a day at the beach.

Pelican Cottage is easy walking distance to the beach,cafes and restaurants of Mona Vale and village. It is simply perfect for entertaining with family and friends or as a relaxing beach holiday getaway.

Pelican Cottage comfortably sleeps six people but can accommodate eight if required and with prior notice.

For your added security, this property "Pelican Cottage" is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

Lower level: If required and with prior notice, an additional bedroom with king bed can be organised in the lower level of the house.

Sydney / Mona Vale

On the beach side of Mona Vale, Pelican Cottage is tucked away at the very private end of Mona Vale Basin known as 'Bongan Bongan".

This is the ideal location for families wanting a summer holiday with its close proximity to the patrolled beach for surfing and swimming, ocean pool, coastal walks, fishing and strolls to local cafes and restaurants.

Just 5 minutes from the sparkling waters of Pittwater, Yacht Clubs, and Mariners.

And for boaties, a boat ramp is located at Bayview, 5 minutes from Pelican Cottage.

Bus at the end of the street, will take you north to Palm Beach and south to Manly and Sydney CBD.

Note: A fee of $350 is payable in cash on arrival to cover the cost of the exit clean and use of linen.
