Rated 5 out of 5 by from incredible combination This apartment is a happy place - sunny , beautiful and relaxed..It provides everything you need for a wonderful lifestyle - at the doorstep. Love not needing a car to shop , play , go to the beach or travel by bus to the city. The kids love to walk to Balmoral and jump off the jetty , we all love the restaurants and the shops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Location The location was very good-apart from the very noisy road, this should be made clear, traffic starts at 6 AM. There were several light bulbs missing and no plug by basin in the en suite shower. Little details like this were disappointing in an apartment that by and large was well equipped. A couple more easy chairs for sitting would have been welcome as would balcony seats/table. We did try to mention the light bulbs to you but we were a bit dismayed to be told to "buy our own." This type of thing should be checked regularly. The garage is difficult to open-We think the key fob may need a new battery?
