Its quiet, peaceful location offers a relaxing atmosphere. A lock-up tandem garage as well as security driveway is on offer.

3 large size, carpeted rooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes, including wooden coat hangers and 2 large bedside tables. Two of the bedrooms feature a Queen bed and the third bedroom/study has 2 single-bed size divans.
The main upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bath, a separate shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet/powder room upstairs and a downstairs shower and toilet.
A hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner and soaps are provided.
KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE
A large island bench links an open plan kitchen to a family dining room and lounge. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and is equipped with Royal Doulton dinner set. The living space features 2 & 3 seater lounges and 2 separate chairs. A large TV is linked to FOXTEL as well as to a DVD player & Apple TV. A library of movies is available for your use. A sound dock is on offer for your personal iPhone or iPod. Beyond the dining room, double doors opens to a rear small courtyard staged with a small table for two. A small BBQ is conveniently located nearby. A cold pressed Oscar Vital Max juicer offered upon request a microwave, toaster & a kettle are available. The pull-out pantry is filled with such staples as tea, coffee, cooking oils, honey, sugar, mustard, pasta, pasta sauce, salt & pepper, eggs & herbs.
A large glass table serving as a desk and a built-in wardrobe is available in this room that serves as a 3rd bedroom. Two very comfortable single bed-size divans offer additional sleeping arrangements. A shelf with an array of books is available as is an air printer enabling you to print from your personal device and paper.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
A granite bench top kitchen, Miele dishwasher, an integrated fridge and a 4-point electric hob stove and oven are featured in this space. Directly off the kitchen is a separate laundry fitted with a large tub and a Miele washing machine & dryer. A clothesline is available just outside the dining room. Washing powder & fabric softener, clothes pegs and a clothes stand can be located in this space. An ironing board and iron can also be located here.
A large outdoor timber deck offers a large entertainment area during summer or winter. It comprises a gas BBQ, comfortable seating with cushions stored in a container on the deck, coffee tables, an eight-seater travertine-top dining table and 2 UV umbrellas.
A tandem, security garage and a driveway are available for off-street parking, although the street offers very good parking.
The house is secured at street level and is fitted with an intercom system.
A FREE and efficient, high-speed Internet service is provided.
The whole house offers reverse-cycle air-conditioning as well as a freestanding fan.
Please note that by law, it is ILLEGAL to operate the air-conditioning after 10pm.
Bridgepoint: A small shopping centre housing a butcher, greengrocer, chemist, 2 coffee shops, Bakers Delight for your freshly baked bread, IGA groceries, and fishmonger as well as soon to arrive May 2017 ALDI store.
BP Service Station: Just around the corner is a BP service station selling goods like milk, bread and other staples.
Cinema: The Cremorne Art Deco Orpheum movie theatre is within walking distance.
Scenic Walks: A plethora of scenic walks exist in this suburb. A list of these is available in the home’s Guest Book.
City Centre: Just 15 minutes away by car or bus is the centre of Sydney where one can visit the Opera House, the historic Rocks area, Art Gallery and other places of interest.
Public Transport: A bus stop to the city is just 30m away from the house. The Ferry terminal can be reached by bus from Spit Junction, which is only a 7-minute walk away. The Free Mosman Rider bus is 2 blocks away. A pamphlet can be found in the home’s Guest Book.
Surf Beaches: A choice of the North Shore surfing beaches can be reached by bus from Spit Junction. These include Manly, Dee Why, Freshwater, Avalon and Palm Beach. You may also visit Famous Bondi Beach from the city centre.
Mosman has a village-like atmosphere and boasts one of the best, child-friendly beaches in Sydney. Balmoral Beach is approximately a 10 minutes walk from the house as is Mosman village and Bridgepoint for the all-essential shopping. The house is located in a quiet street and is surrounded by very nice and caring neighbours. A vast amount of restaurants, cafes and fashion stores can be located in the main street of Military Road, stretching from Spit Junction all the way to Mosman Junction.
