MOSMAN MAGNIFICENT WATER VIEWS 3BED 2BATH APT F/F GREAT ENTERTAINER NR BEACHES. GLORIOUS HARBOUR VIEWS TO THE HEADS FROM THE ENORMOUS TERRACE OF THIS 3 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT IN MOSMAN, GREAST LOCATION NEAR TWO BEACHES AND SLOSE TO THE CITY. This apartment with its huge terrace and open plan entertainment areas with views out Sydney Heads, outdoor dining for 8 and BBQ is a knockout. Beautifully furnished, the outdoors flow to the two lounge areas, dining area for 8, large kitchen gas and electric cooking with quality appliances. There are two TV sets, several balconies also with views, polished floors, air conditioning, internal laundry, intercom and car space. Main bedroom has a king bed, TV and an ensuite with separate bath. Second has a queen bed, third has a queen bed and balcony access. All have ceiling fans and built ins. Main bathroom has a large shower recess. This is a prestige North Shore address. The decor is exquisite and the amenities are superb. There is direct footpath access to Spit Rd with its shops, cafes, restaurants and there is a major shopping hub closer by. Public transport provides direct buses to the City, and also to Manly and the Northern Beaches. Both Balmoral and Chinamans Beach are close by. This is a rare offering in this area.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic location 1 minute from the beach. We found it very convenient for a family with one child, and we could easily have been four. This is a nice apartment, but we also found it expensive. We think we got what we paid for.
