It presents ample comfort with all the modern conveniences you will need for your holiday. The design provides our guests with an ambiance of the originally maintained character of the federation period, elegant patterned ceilings with hand crafted lead light windows in a secluded north facing position, along with other houses of the same era. Family holidays or that special event, this house has all the modern conveniences and open spaces.
There are 5 large and comfortable bedrooms with built in wardrobes, the main bedroom down stairs with large double shower and basin ensuite. There is a formal dining and lounge also opening to a verandah with plenty of space and an open fire for winter afternoons. To the back of the house is the kitchen with seating for 10 around the stone bench for casual meals. Another tv room and a pool table to keep every one occupied.
There is also a fully equipped laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. Outside drying also available.
Upstairs are 4 further bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. A tv room for those lazy summer afternoons to catch the breeze and the view from the open verandah doors.
The verandah is a treat for breakfast overlooking the view from Manly to North head.
In summary, the property comes with: 1 fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms 4 with Queen beds, 1with 2 singles plus trundle bed, 3.5 bathrooms,one off street parking space and plenty non restricted on street parking, wifi, internet, smart TV, all bed linen and quality towels, internal laundry and ironing facilities. Swimming pool. Walking distance to beach and shops.
There is level access from the street into the house and a few steps from the off street parking space. All living and master bedroom are on ground level. There is a hedged, fenced front garden and level rear garden with pool.
Interaction with guests
I will generally meet our guests in person to introduce you to the running of the house and hand over the keys. For those who need unusual check in hours, alternative arrangements will be made upon request.
Other things to note
In order to maintain a good environment for the others, No smoking and No parties in the house. Please respect our neighbours by being considerate with noise.
The House Rules
.No Parties, or events.
We have a strict NO PARTIES or events policy. Excessive noise and music after 10pm on weekdays and Sundays, and after 11pm on Saturdays as per Council regulations will not be tolerated.
"For security reasons, a copy of your International Passport or ID, front and back, is required prior to check-in along with confirmed names for all guests staying at the property."
The number of guests permitted are as per your booking form. Additional friends are not to stay overnight.
If you intend to invite more guests than stated on your booking form at any time during your stay, please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.
Smoking is prohibited indoors & outdoors on the whole property.
Children must be supervised at all times for their safety.
Please remove stiletto heels when walking on the floorboards, if floor is damaged you will be liable.
Please do not move internal furniture.
Please treat this home as you would have others treat yours.
