Kick off your shoes and unwind, sink your feet into the sand down to the surf, without leaving your backyard or having to cross any roads. Conveniently located on Pittwater Road for public transport and ease of access. Don’t worry about the noise, the apartments face the beach, so there is none; only the sound of the surf.

This fully furnished unit has a large living room with a flat screen TV, complementary Foxtel Cable TV and high-speed wifi for fast web browsing and email access, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 2 King-size beds, a private Courtyard with outdoor dining, plus all the other essentials you'll need on your vacation.
A king-sized bed in the main bedroom is one of the comfiest around and we have clean sheets awaiting every arrival. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV & Foxtel, along with a private sliding door to enter/exit through. If you're travelling as singles, if it meets your requirements, we can change the bed into two King Singles.
The second bedroom is also fitted under the same bedding setup, and can be changed from its existing King bed to two King Singles. This bedroom is air conditioned and has a wardrobe with plenty of storage.
In the kitchen, a neat workbench is available to be used as your space to enjoy an indoor breakfast as you admire the sunrise over the sea; or use your laptop as you watch the waves role in.

About the Area
Narrabeen and Collaroy villages on the Northern Beaches are very central. The apartment is right on a safe, Lifeguard-patrolled beach, only 20 metres from their red and yellow flags. South Narrabeen beach is also popular for Body and Board Surfing, Kite Surfing, with Collaroy Ocean pool 10 minutes’ walk down the beach. There is fantastic snorkelling and if you feel adventurous, hire a jet ski. A leisurely day out at Narrabeen Lake which is a 5 minute walk, hosts activities such as wind surfing, fishing, paddle boarding or Kayaking. The calm, peaceful waters of Narrabeen Lagoon are great for an afternoon dip or to go prawning at night. Depending on how energetic you wish to be, walking or hiring a bike to complete some or all of the circuit around the lake is great exercise.
There are over 15 golf clubs within 20 minutes’ drive, including some of the most prestigious courses in Australia, such as Elanora, Terry Hills, Manly and Monash, plus a mini-golf and driving range just up the road. Tennis and Fitness Centres are close by and the NSW Sports Academy on the lake is 5 minutes’ drive away, or pamper yourself at the local Day Spa. The opportunities are endless
A multitude of great restaurants, coffee shops, liquor shops and cafes are within walking distance. There are also a whole host of other beaches to explore whilst you're with us A large Woolworths supermarket is 10 minutes’ walk away and the Open Air Warringah shopping mall or Warriewood Square Shopping malls are 15 minutes by public transport from right outside of these apartments. At both Warriewood and Long Reef Headlands, watch the hand gliders jump off the cliffs and soar into the sky over the Pacific Ocean. Long Reef headland walk has a marine reserve with its abundant sea life and diving attractions. The summit offers stunning views of the entire coastline and is also popular for whale watching, hang gliding and parasailing. Next to the Long Reef Golf club house, watch the pelicans begging for scraps from the fishermen who bring their boats in. A special treat is taking the Sea Plane which flies from Rose Bay in the city to Palm Beach. It also has short tours flying down from Palm Beach to Long Reef for scenic sightseeing.
The Sands hotel at South Narrabeen plus the Collaroy Hotel and the Collaroy Beachclub are all fantastic for an afternoon or night time beverage and only 10 minutes’ walk along the road or the beach, or 2 minutes by bus away, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying about having to drive. The world famous Newport Arms Hotel, which overlooks Pittwater is only a 10 minute drive. There are cinemas in Collaroy, Warriewood and at Warringah Mall. Enjoy the superb laid back lifestyle that this fantastic location has to offer, or ‘venture down to the world famous Taronga Zoo, overlooking the harbour and city, as it’s only half an hour away.
Manly and its many attractions, including a jet boat or a scenic ferry ride to the city, are only a 20 minute bus ride away. You can surf at the beach, swim in the lagoon, plus eat and drink at great restaurants and bars, without ever needing a car. Other things you should know
We want our guests to feel welcomed and right at home. During your visit, please make use of our well equipped kitchen, read a book, swim and surf, watch dolphins and whales frolic as they pass by, go beach fishing and catch your dinner, or simply sit in the backyard or lounge in your own private yard, watching the water and experience the serenity of life.
To access your private apartment, the entrance is in the back garden walking directly into your private yard. After hours, Guests will be able to contact our onsite manager to collect keys. Directions will be provided in a follow up email after you have booked.
In addition, we are available on our phones 24/7 and only live 15 minutes away for any issues you may have.
There is a very popular woman's clothing shop next to the property, where keys can be picked up during business hours. There is also a manager on site to assist you with any requirements or issues. If you would rather have no contact with us, we’re fine with that too and will let you enjoy your stay in peace
This property is absolutely unique and conveniently located between Narrabeen and Collaroy. An iconic building and property, owning 30 Metres of beachfront, has its backyard continuing onto the patrolled South Narrabeen Beach, only 20 metres south of the Lifesavers Club. Each unit has its own level, private fenced yard.
We'll try and make your stay as pleasurable and easy as possible. If you would like any information regarding the area, or the property itself, our friendly onsite manager would be more than happy to fill you in on anything you'd like to know.
If you aren't too keen on the idea of human contact, we'll also be providing you with a booklet, summarising all the things we think you should know whilst staying with us, ready and waiting in the unit This booklet will be emailed to you including directions from the airport, contact information and the most convenient method to contact us, prior to your arrival
TRANSPORT - GETTING AROUND
Driving takes around 45 minute to the city and is 60 minutes from Sydney Airport.
Public Transport; There are bus stops on both sides of the road only a few metres from the property, with buses running regularly throughout the area, so transport won't be an issue whilst you're holidaying with us at the beach.
Public Transport to the City and Airport; A bus will take around 20 minutes to Manly, 25 minutes to Palm Beach Summer Bay, 50 minutes for an express bus to the city and 90 minutes from Sydney International Airport, by a direct shuttle bus service. You could also take a public bus to the city and transfer directly to a train to the airport which takes 18 minutes from the city. There are an abundance of both Taxi’s and Uber services.
There is no parking on the premises available, however the property is right next to a street with parking, plus there is plenty of parking on the main road outside of clearway hours that are between 6-10am Monday to Friday.

From the Sydney International or Domestic terminals you have several choices for getting to the Apartment.
a Taxi/Uber from the Airport Terminal.

We don't have many house rules, but the ones we do have, we would love for you to follow them:
- No Smoking on the property; If you would like to smoke, the unit is located near the side street, so it's only a small walk to get your fix.
- No Pets; unfortunately, we aren't able to allow any pets in the apartment or on the whole property, so please consider an animal hotel before arriving
- No loud noise after 10PM; This is a standard practice everywhere in the world, as consideration for other guests and residents in the property, is not only courteous, it is also for your benefit.
- No Parties; From a security point of view, absolutely no parties on the property will be tolerated or acceptable. There are plenty of local venues available to dance, yell, drink or do whatever makes you happy at.
These are our only rules, if you're happy with all of that, then we're happy with you
The property has several units, some residential, so please be as courteous as possible whilst staying we know you will, just a little heads up.
