Beach side luxury. Our home is situated in North Manly, just a few minutes' drive from Freshwater and Curl Curl beaches, and only 5 minutes from Manly. The house has 4 bedrooms in total, 3 downstairs with a laundry room, bathroom and large open plan living area and kitchen which opens out onto a deck and private back garden. There is a solar heated pool in the back garden and cubby house for smaller visitors. Upstairs is the large 4th bedroom 'retreat' with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and balcony.

The house is laid out with the parents retreat upstairs and kids room and spare queen double room downstairs. The kitchen lounge is open plan opening onto a spacious balcony with lounges and dining table next to the pool area. Up the side of the house is a seating and bbq area, also leading into the pool area. There is also a spacious kids cubby in the backyard for any youngsters. The house is north facing ensuring maximum sunlight throughout the day.
