Rates, Fees and Charges.
Nightly Rate = $250.00 - $300.00 per night. This is for 4 x people staying over night.
Weekend Rate = $800.00 for Friday and Saturday nights or Saturday and Sunday nights including Cleaning Cost.
Longer stay of more than 4 weeks is welcome. Please ask Owner.
Christmas Rate and New Year Rate = $300.00 per night for up to 4 persons.
Cleaning Fee of $200.00 per stay.
Townhouse is located in Waterloo St, Narrabeen and very close to the corner of Ocean St, Narrabeen.
The Narrabeen Lakes for Walks, Cycling or Boating is 800 m away.
The Surf Beach is 100 m away in the other direction.
