On the lower floor, the living room has a lounge suite with a sofa bed, a 40" TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, air conditioning, and opens onto two balconies with outdoor setting and views over the main courtyard. There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktops and stone benchtops. The internal laundry has a large washing machine, dryer, wash tub and ironing facilities. There is a separate toilet off the laundry.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own balcony, air conditioning and king single beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the study alcove has a double bed.
The property is a316/81-86 Courallie Ave, conveniently located 1.5km from Sydney Olympic Park and DFO market, 3km from Concord Hospital and 700m from Flemington Station and Sydney Markets. It is suitable for guests visiting Sydney for project work or holidays, or for families relocating.
Pricing and Other Information
The 'special' prices are low season/last minute rates for two people and may be obtained via Stayz Online. Discounts are available for stays of duration other than 2 or 7 nights, for larger groups, or for consecutive stays particularly ones that fill calendar gaps. The following are low season rates for two people, and include the $200 cleaning/booking fee:
$610 for 3 weeknights Sunday-Thursday
$660 for 3 nights including Saturday
$870 for 5 nights including Saturday
$770/week after the first week.
To book, a 20 deposit is required and 10 days prior to arrival the balance is due with a $200 security deposit. On receipt of full payment, access arrangements will be sent. Full terms and conditions will be emailed with quotes on enquiry.
