This apartment is in a low level block of 6 floors with only two apartments per floor so provides plenty of privacy . It has a good balcony off the lounge area which offers shutter louvres .. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other having two singles, both offering wardrobe space and garden views plus the main bedroom has an en suite. The other bathroom is located off the second bedroom.
The Apartment has an air conditioner in the lounge dining area ONLY . There is A fully equipped kitchen together with appliances, dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge.
The lounge area offers a flat screen TV and DVD together with comfortable lounge seating plus there is a modern dining table
