Ground floor entry is up a few steps. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a king bed, small desk, doors that open to the side pathway and a built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom is smaller and has a double bed. The wardrobe for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom door in the laundry area.
The laundry area is fully equiped and has an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. Family bathroom has a large bath spa feature does not work with a shower over the bath. An under stair cupboard is left empty for guests to store suitcases and other items while staying.
Stairs to the right of the front door lead up to the next level which is completely open from the front of the house all the way to the back of garden. A relaxing lounge area has comfortable seating and a gas fireplace turned on with the flick of a switch. The room flows through to a stunning open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. Seating for 6 either side of the 4m bench continues on to bi-fold doors to the decked courtyard and BBQ.
Upstairs on the top floor is an adults' retreat. King size bedroom with high ceilings and ceiling fan, large walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with shower and a large sun drenched terrace with day beds and Coach bean bags.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Pets welcome by request but they must not go into any bedrooms.
Parking is free of charge and untimed on the street. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.
Bedding is K, K, D and this property is set up for a maximum of 6 persons including children.
Please note this is a 100 year old terrace property that has some wear and tear. The house is always clean and is a wonderful family home.
