Ground floor entry leads through to open plan living and dining room seating for 8 plus a double sofa bed and stairs up to the bathroom and bedrooms. Fully equiped kitchen with gas cooking and coffee machine, additional seating opens up to the sunny courtyard with a guest toilet and laundry coming off it. There are 2 bedrooms on the top level, both with queen beds - one opening to the balcony and one with a desk. Both have wardrobes. A third bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom shower, large bathtub and toilet is on this level plus a powder room extra toilet downstairs.
The laundry area is fully equiped and has an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer.
Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Parking is on the street and is for 2 hours at a time only. There are a limited number of untimed parking spots in the neighbourhood. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.
Bedding is Q, Q, D, Sofa and this property is set up for a maximum of 8 persons max 6 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. There is seating for 8 in the dining room, kitchen and outdoors and a gas BBQ outside.
