Beautiful 3 bedroom duplex home available in queenscliff. 5 minute walk from both Freshwater and Queenscliff beaches, as well as cafes/restaurants/bars of freshwater. Bustop directly outside to manly. Wifi and Foxtel, big yard with trampoline. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and countless toys for kids. North facing yard with great aspect. Large balcony-perfect for outdoor eating. Great location to do nothing or everything

The space:

We love our place. It's open plan, cool in summer and very homely. It's located in such a great spot, and we are glad to be able to share it with guests.

Guest access:

All of the facilities are available to our guests. We have space in the basement that will house our personal items, so that will not be accessible to guests. Surfboards, kids bikes, trampoline, toys, toys, toys.

Interaction with guests:

We will see you at check in to show you around and explain the space, the suburb and show you how everything works. We will also see you at check out

The neighborhood:

We are close to cafes, bars and restaurants of freshwater; a very Vibey, local suburb that's lots of fun. Freshie beach is the best in the world

Getting around:

There is a bus stop right outside our front gate which takes you to manly wharf

This property is our home, so we would expect guests to treat it respectfully. We have great, friendly neighbours so respecting their privacy is important.

Occupancy: we ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you. We do understand that you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We are reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible.

Access: We have allocated some "off limit areas" to house or personal belongings, so would appreciate these being left alone these areas will be outside the house so will not affect your stay at all. Since this is a duplex house with multiple occupants, we would like to ensure everyone has their own space. We kindly ask that guests refrain from entering the top level of the house. We'll ensure your space is likewise respected in return. Food: We would appreciate the bedrooms to remain "food free", and that all eating remain in the kitchen and dining areas.

Cleanliness: Whilst we do a professional and thorough clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to your leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used, and pit any towels/linen in the laundry. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. To ensure we have squeaky clean floorboards and carpets for our guests enjoyment, we have a "no shoes" policy throughout our home.

Damage: we understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of your full security deposit being returned too.

Smoking/drugs: being a family of non smokers, we have a no smoking policy throughout our home. You are welcome to smoke in the back garden away from the house, and ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in the bin. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, however when staying in our home we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law.....not so much one of our rules.

Power: To keep our costs down, and pass those savings on to our guests, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the air conditioning when it's not in use or leaving the house. Our planet thanks you too.

Behavior: If you are coming to the Northern Beaches to party, you've picked the right town to do so. unfortunately not at our place. Though we are sure it won't come to it, serious complaints of loud or unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you-not good for us.

Rules suck, we know this, but the above are designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, without affecting our neighbours or the house. We want you to be as comfortable as you can be in our home, to allow you to enjoy it thoroughly. By respecting our home as such, we are sure you will enjoy your stay and make it possible for others to do the same in the future
