Top Things the Owners Love About Their Home
We love this place because it gives you a constant feeling of being on holidays it is so peaceful and serene. You can hear the ocean from all the rooms with the door open or closed.
Even though this place is quiet and away from the crowds, its very close to the Manly action / bars , restaurants and cafes. You can access all of this by either walking in 10-15 min via the beach or via the beach promenade.
Access the Manly ferry either walking along the beach 20 min walk, quick drive or reasonable Uber - a great way to get to city hassle free.
The access to the beach is direct, and you can start your day with a swim at the 50 metre salt pool that is literally downstairs and is cleaned every week.
For those who love to surf, you can access Queenscliff beach via stairs with your surfboard and enjoy the best surf in Sydney.
This place doesn't need an aircon because the breeze coming from the ocean cools the house instantly. Summers at Queenscliff are the coolest summers and when all of Sydneyis hot this special corner stays really cools as it faces south and is protected from the direct sun and the ocean breeze.
Another thing we love is the walk starting from Queenscliff along the beach and heading to Shelly Beach and its beautiful ocean headland. Also, there is another beautiful walk over to Freshwater Beach.
There are building works happening downstairs and there is aposibility of noise between 7am to 3pm during weekdays, however, this is not consistent and not every day.
