Blackbird Property Management offers you Ravenswood, a classic 1920’s style 4-bedroom home, located on the border of Clovelly/Randwick/Coogee.

Ravenswood is a 15-minute walk to the famous Eastern Suburbs beaches of Coogee and Clovelly. It is a short bus ride from Sydney CBD as well as Bondi Junction’s retail hub/train station. Bus stops are located near the rear of the property.

Clovelly’s hilltop village with its excellent cafes is a mere 300-metre walk. Within a 10 minute walk are the vast Centennial Parklands. The two café and restaurant hubs of Charing Cross, Waverley and Frenchman’s Road, North Randwick, are a 5-10 minute walk

Ravenswood has 4 large bedrooms, each with their own unique style the master bedroom with ensuite with all linens provided by your hosts. The fourth bedroom can be set up as a children’s play area or adults’ study, as it contains two large armchairs both of which can be converted into single beds upon request and a separate workstation. There is a large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower and all the toiletries provided by your hosts.

Ravenswood has both formal and informal dining rooms as well as a large and spacious living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV with Apple TV.

If you feel like cooking, Ravenswood has a fully equipped kitchen with everything guests could need to cook during their stay. Guests travelling with young children will have access to a portacot, highchair and toys, as well as access to the secure and kid-friendly back yard.

There are two sunny outdoor spaces with a landscaped front garden offering outdoor dining and relaxation.

Outside there is an external laundry with a washer and dryer, as well as clothesline together with parking for two cars.

NOTE: owing to the proximity of neighbouring residences, parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
