It has a fully equipped kitchen area, easy ground floor access, and bathroom with shower. Air conditioned. Cosy and private, it is close to public transport to the City, Darling Harbour, and all the Inner West attractions.

The Writer's Den is the smaller of the two Darling Street Apartments. The Artist's Studio next door is slightly larger. It also sleeps three people (property 6100)
Homes mix with businesses in the old three-storey corner building. On the Darling Street level is an excellent french restaurant. It is open seven days a week. The apartments are below on the Denison Street level, accessed by a separate entrance into a courtyard.
The apartments are 3 km from the city centre, passing Darling Harbour en route. Rozelle itself has a host of cafes and restaurants and has recently become the home of vintage fashion shops and art galleries. Between the apartments and the main road are a small supermarket, a newsagency, a pharmacy and several cafes and takeaways. Across the main road are the Rozelle markets (weekends), the post office and banks. More cafes, restaurants, florists, and a wonderful wholefoods store. Excellent public transport whisks you to the city or down to the Balmain ferry wharf. The fish markets, Darling Harbour with the Aquarium, China Town and Paddys Markets are all on our side of the city. Within 5km is the CBD (central business district), the Opera House, Circular Quay, the Sydney Exhibition Centre, both Overseas Passenger Terminals, the Botanical Gardens, The New South Wales Art Gallery (AGNSW), the Museum of Contemporary Art.
