There is space in one bedroom to set up a single bed & in the other bedroom a cot or living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds.

Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40.
As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy.
No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
Cleaning fee of $100 will apply to all bookings
