A stylish well presented studio apartment that is close to major Sydney attractions and is less than 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross train station, Coles supermarket and 2 minutes to buses. It is next door to Rushcutters Bay Park, Sydney Harbour foreshore and Cruising Yacht Club of Australia. It is very central but on a quiet street with no through traffic. The studio has a designated parking space that is rare in the city where street parking is often not available. It is perfect for holiday stays and it is well equipped and positioned for those travelling for business.
The studio is on the fifth floor of a clean security building with lift.
The brand new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a full size fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, pan, bowls, plates and cutlery. You will find collection of teas, coffee, salt, cooking oil and some long life food in the cupboards. I will leave for you fruits, cookies, breakfast cereal, and some milk in the fridge.
You will find everything you may need for a short or long stay. The car parking spot is at the back of the building.
There is a double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed suitable for a single person or a couple. The sofa-bed is rather light and may not be comfortable for a couple of larger people. The studio is ideal for a couple, it can accommodate up to four people if internal space is not one of your priorities. Please let me know if you require separate beds for a two people booking or a cot/crib for a baby, a $20 one off charge will apply.
Linens, towels and quality toiletries are all provided. I will be providing fresh bed linens and towels weekly for stays of more than 8 nights.
There is a washing machine and washing powder in the updated bathroom if you need to do your laundry.
