The Boat is separate to the main house, located over the water. There is a loft, lounge and TV. Ceiling fan. It is suited for entertaining afternoon snoozing.
There is excellent fishing, swimming, kayaking and bush walking activities within the region of the Ku-ring-gai National Park.
The Ku-ring-gai National Park is located across the bay from Scotland Island,accessible by ferry. The National Park is Heritage listed and is the original home of the Garigal People. The West Head walking trail reveals the ancient aboriginal rock engravings in the wide smooth sandstone outcrops that skirt the trail.
The maximum number of guests is four. Suited for couples. We are unable to accommodate small children/infants of any age or those persons who are unable to access stairs.

Boat ramp is located at Rowland Reserve. Parking is user pays.
The pontoon can accommodate trailer boats up to 6M.
A 25 deposit is required to hold your booking. This is nonrefundable if cancellation occurs 48hours prior to the booking

Access is by private ferry or water taxi. The Royal Motor Yacht Club provides facilities for boat hire along with parking. Kayak HIre is at Bayview Marina.
The property is located 27KM from Sydney. The nearest local shopping village is in Mona Vale @3KM from Church Point.
Church Point Wharf facilities: Post Office, shop, parking, licensed cafe, water taxi and ferry access.
Parking: Please note that there is a charge for local parking at Church Point Wharf. Parking meters are located at the centre of the aisle in the car park. We recommend the use of public transport.
Airport shuttle: Northside Shuttle, Northern Beaches Shuttle, Collaroy Shuttle. Drop off is at Church Point Wharf.
Interstate/International Visitors can take the train from Airport to Circular Quay, take a the Manly Ferry, then pick up Bus 156 just outside the Manly terminal to your left.
The bus drop off is Church Point wharf. Approximately 50 minute journey from Manly Wharf to Church Point.
