The living room has a very comfortable leather chair and foot rest to enjoy the 110cm flat screen LCD TV with DVD . The two seater futon style lounge converts easily for additional sleeping and the dining setting comfortably seats four. The kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher, full size oven and fridge, microwave and even a 'Nespresso' coffee machine.
There is a good size swimming pool with adjoining gym and sauna on the roof top to enjoy Sydney's sunny days and city views. There is a dedicated car space next to the lift in the secure basement. On the ground floor is a convenience store, across the road are two restaurants and within 5minutes walk, five cafes and two more restaurants; so you will never be short of dining options.
10 minutes by bus to the CBD with buses every 5 minutes in peak, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk.. 5 Minutes walk is Sydney University, UTS or Broadway Shopping Centre with its 180 stores including banks, supermarket and Hoyts Cinema. Central Station is a 10minute walk- however should you wish the city is very accessible by foot taking approximately 20 minutes
