Description
Just as suited to lavish entertaining as it is to a weekend of private indulgence, Tiami House is a residence of distinction. Bestowed with the highest quality inclusions, this gorgeous home has been expertly conceived to bring maximum comfort and relaxation.
Downstairs is dedicated to indulgent living and entertaining. Keeping things beachy and breezy, a simple palette of white and contrasting black is set against the textural warmth of dark oak flooring. The galley-style kitchen with butlers pantry is equipped to comfortably handle your entertaining needs, with stylish marble and granite countertops, ILVE cooking and teppanyaki plate, and a centrally placed island bench where your guests can sit with an aperitif while dinner is prepared.
Designed to fully embrace its connection with outdoors, living gives way to a choice of balconies, a sandstone terrace for alfresco entertaining and dining, as well as a landscaped garden with swimming pool. Even the bathrooms celebrate their surroundings, with the main bathroom featuring a freestanding bath that sits next to a Juliette balcony, allowing you to swing open the door and gaze out at the tranquil, leafy view beyond.
A formal living area with baby grand piano, gas fire and access to the terrace provides a sumptuous space to socialise in after dinner, while a casual TV room offers a breakout zone for relaxation.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodation can be comfortably offered to nine guests. The master bedroom features a full en-suite as well as a private dressing room and access to a north-facing balcony that treats you to a captivating view of the harbour.
A few extras help to make your stay a little more comfortable. Foxtel and Netflix in the TV room, ducted air-conditioning and parking for two cars.
Neighbourhood
As one of Sydneys original suburbs, Vaucluse has a rich heritage that speaks through its grand architecture and historical estates. It sits on the iconic Rose Bay to Watsons Bay walk that introduces you to a number of ways to interact with and view the harbour, including Parsley Bay Reserve a picturesque area that comes complete with a harbour beach, caf and picnic area.
If youre in the mood for something a bit more active, Shark Beach at Nielson Bay is a popular diving spot, or jump onto the Hermitage Foreshore Track, which takes in views of the Harbour Bridge and Strickland House. Alternatively, if you feel like heading out of the neighbourhood, there is a treasure trove of beaches and world-renowned waterfront dining options at nearby Watsons Bay, Rose Bay or Bondi.
