The neighborhood:

Waterloo is an inner-city suburb of Sydney located only 4 kilometers from the central business district.

Since the early 2000s, the region has undergone regeneration with a rising business district plus the development of lush green parklands. Now the suburb has many wonderful and diverse cafes and restaurants to choose from. Waterloo is also a popular suburb to live for Sydney’s large Gay and Lesbian population due to its closeness to nearby suburbs of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst.

The Waterloo Urban Conservation Area is a residential area of predominantly 19th-century terrace and cottage housing. New developments such as this and redevelopment in this area are encouraged to be sympathetic to the existing heritage style.

Waterloo is heavily serviced by bus routes to the Sydney CBD and can be accessed on nearby Baptist Street. It is approximately 10-15 minute ride into the City by bus. By train, Green Square railway station in on the same route as both Sydney Domestic and International Airports. Redfern railway station is located within proximity to Waterloo.

By UBER or Taxi, it will take approximately 15 minutes to drop you door to door from the airport or the city.

Waterloo is serviced by State Transit Authority Sydney Buses routes to the Sydney CBD and can be accessed on nearby Baptist Street. It will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to get into the city via bus. Green Square underground railway station, on the Airport line of the Sydney Trains network, is located in the south-west corner of the suburb. Redfern railway station is located close to the north-west corner of the suburb.

Taxis and UBER will take approximately 15 minutes to drop you door to door as the airport is very close to the city.

A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
