Accommodation consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with wardrobes. The upstairs bedroom is accessed via narrow stairs with a sturdy handrail, so it is not recommended for young children, though the second downstairs bedroom would be fine. There are two individual steps internally, and five steps to the front door from the street.
The home contains one bathroom and a separate internal laundry downstairs. A sunny north facing courtyard off the living area connects the rear courtyard to the street, via a gated side walk-way. There is plenty of street parking immediately outside the home on beautiful Wiley Street.
Located in a quiet, tree-lined street, this home is ideally situated between the East’s best beaches and parks. Charing Cross village in Waverley is just around the corner with an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Close by is Westfield Bondi Junction and public transport back to the Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and beyond. Westfield shopping centre at Bondi Junction, which has all key department and retail stores represented, is in walking distance and it also provides a gateway to the rest of Sydney via it's train station and bus depot. Buses can also be caught from Charing Cross intersection of Bronte Rd and Carrington Rd, Waverley and can take you everywhere you need to go.
