OTHER COST CONSIDERATIONS
CUTLERY & CROCKERY CLEANING FEE: Guests are responsible for returning any cutlery and/or crockery to its orginal position and condition i.e. guests are responsible for cleaning any cutlery/crockery, or any other item in the Oasis, that they use and 50$ will be charged where any cutlery or crockery has not been washed, dried and returned to it's original storage location
BBQ CLEANING FEE: 50$ will be charged where the BBQ has been jused but not been cleaned and all of it's related utensils washed, dried and returned to their original storage location
REPAIR FEES: any damage to the property itself will be charged at $75/hour for labor plus the cost of materials when carried out by the owner and/or at the invoiced priced when carried out by an external repairer
A EXTRA CARPET CLEANING FEES: carpet stains removal e.g. from wine will be charged at $75/hour for labor plus the cost of materials when carried out by the owner and/or at the invoiced priced when carried out by an external repairer
A PET CLEANING FEE's: an additional fee of $75.00 applies if you bring your litle friends i.e. pets with you.
A SMOKERS FEE: a $300.00 fee applies to any booking where smoking inside the apartment in any way is identified e.g. post booking smoking smell left in the apartment and/or evidence of cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. in the Oasis
ADDITIONAL UNBOOKED GUESTS FEE: where additional guests overnight without a booking an additional 40$ / additional guest / night will be requested or deducted from the bond
ONLY PEOPLE & FRIENDS YOU KNOW ARE WELCOME IN THE OASIS i.e. neighbours and other building owners or residents are specifically not allowed in the Oasis at any time or under any circumstances
THE SECOND BEDROOM WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS WHERE BOOKINGS OF THREE3 OR MORE GUESTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Check-out is any time beore 10, however, we aim to be flexible for departing guests based on the arrival time and commitments of arriving guests.

Your Oasis is located in the suburb of Woolloomooloo, a central city suburb within a 10 minute walk to:
the City, the Royal Botanical Gardens, The Domain, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Kings Cross & Potts Point
The Andrew 'Boy' Charlton outdoor salt-water pool is a leisurely 10 minute walk away
Cook and Philip indoor pool is 5 mins walk
Harbour and Eastern Suburb Beaches including Bondi can be reached by local bus services or a short drive.
Woolworths Supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment
Plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants and night-life in the surrounding area, including the Old Fitzroy Pub just 100m from the apartment, famous for its affordable cuisine and intimate theatre
A 10 minute walk to Oxford Street night-life literally at the end of our street
Like many inner city areas it has its share of colorful characters in the street making a bit of noise every so often.
The Oasis has excellent transport links:
Taxis can be hailed easily in Woolloomooloo especially on William Street
A 5 minute walk from the apartment to St James Train Station
Entry to the Eastern Distributor tunnel at Woolloomooloo provides direct access southbound to the Airport ~20min and northbound to the Harbor Bridge and the North Shore ~5min making car travel to and from other areas of Sydney really easy
Our street has been re-styled and is now part of the Sydney Cycleway Network providing over 110km of dedicated bicycle lane-ways for those of us who enjoy getting around on 2 wheels
